On 15 June 2026, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) announced the results of the election to the 10th convocation of its Civil Oversight Council (COC). Among the 15 elected members are NAKO Executive Director Olena Tregub and NAKO Head of Communications Yuliia Biehlietsova.
A total of 44 candidates nominated by 25 civil society organizations competed in the election. More than 45,000 citizens cast their votes.
All candidates from the coalition supported by NAKO were elected to the Council. They represent six civil society organizations:
- Centre for Public Control;
- Anti-Corruption Axe;
- Independent Anti-Corruption Commission;
- Ukrainian Legal Society;
- Institute of Equal Rights;
- D7 Foundation.
The new Council brings together 15 experienced professionals from a wide range of fields, including IT, economics, management, data analytics and artificial intelligence, law, communications, financial security, anti-corruption policy, security and defence sector reform, and international cooperation.

The Civil Oversight Council helps ensure that NABU’s work remains transparent, accountable, and open to public scrutiny. Over the past two years, Council members participated in NABU’s first independent external audit and reviewed thousands of candidates applying for positions within the Bureau.
