Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has adopted two new strategic documents: the Public Diplomacy Strategy and the Communications Strategy for 2026–2030.
The strategies are the result of nearly a year of work, consultations, and strategic sessions involving representatives of government institutions, civil society, and the expert community. NAKO’s communications team participated in one of these strategic sessions.
The updated Communications Strategy reflects the realities of Russia’s full-scale invasion and cognitive warfare. It also reinforces the role of international advocacy and cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and civil society in advancing Ukraine’s interests abroad. This is an area in which NAKO has been working consistently since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion. We look forward to continuing our contribution to joint initiatives that strengthen international support for Ukraine.
The Public Diplomacy Strategy outlines approaches to building trust in Ukraine worldwide, developing long-term international partnerships, and promoting Ukraine’s perspective on global challenges.
NAKO thanks the team at Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the opportunity to contribute to this process and wishes them every success in implementing the new strategies.
