The Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO), StateWatch, and the Defence Procurement Reform Project have prepared a questionnaire for volunteers who buy goods for service members.
The responses will help to determine which needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2020-2021 were provided for directly by volunteers and volunteer organizations. This will help to find out which groups of goods the Ministry of Defense should have provided in the first place, but did not do so. We will compare the survey data with the results of public defence procurement.
We ask volunteers to join the survey and distribute the questionnaire to as many stakeholders as possible. We will not disseminate respondents’ identifying data in our information materials nor share it with third parties.
The survey will be open through October 15. You can access it at the link.
