NATO is researching the strengthening of Ukraine's access to Black Sea surveillance facilities - a representative of the Alliance

Allies of the North Atlantic Alliance are aware of the strategic importance of the Black Sea region for allies and partner countries and will continue to increase their presence in the area and assist in the development of Ukraine's naval capabilities.

This was stated in Odesa during a discussion held within the framework of the Security Forum on the reforms of Ukraine's defence industry, said NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Defense Investment Gordon Skip Davis, Ukrinform correspondent reports. The event was supported by NAKO.
