By joining efforts, we hope to effectively minimize corruption – Ihor Chukhrai
The Corruption Prevention Department, a Ministry of Defence (MOD) unit responsible for implementing state anti-corruption policy within the Ministry, is actively cooperating with expert civil society organizations on program, normative, organizational, educational, and methodological matters.
 
“Our cooperation with the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO) goes back to 2016, when a Memorandum was signed between the MOD and Transparency International,” Ihor Chukhrai noted. “Since then, our cooperation has been systemic.” NAKO representatives are permanent members of the MOD Reforms Implementation Council and are also a part of the MOD Commission for Evaluation of Corruption Risks.
