Alexander Vinnikov, Head of the NATO Delegation to Ukraine, called on the Ukrainian authorities to continue reforms, especially in the security and defence sector. Vinnikov spoke about this at a panel discussion "Ukraine’s defence industry reform: How to create investment opportunities instead of corruption risks?" in the framework of the international forum, Zero Corruption Conference 2021. The diplomat noted that Ukraine should further develop values ​​that are a priority for NATO: democracy, rule of law, free-market economy, human rights and freedoms.
