Ministry of Defence Ukraine reported on the launch of the portal "Deregulation in the system of the Ministry of Defence." The online platform is assumed to allow both the military and businesses to interact more effectively with the Ministry of Defense, give feedback, and share proposals that will help improve the department's efficiency.

“This resource is a tool with which anyone inside the perimeter of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, or outside it in the civilian sector can tell us what issues must be deregulated and what should be changed. The portal will help to more systematically realize the potential of changes that military personnel, businesses, and civilians have, as well as inform civil society about the practical results of implementing constructive proposals," said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stanislav Hayder.

Among the priority areas of the portal's work are:

  • recruiting for military service, personnel issues;
  • social protection and medical provision of military personnel;
  • interaction of the Ministry of Defense with citizens, businesses, non-governmental organizations, and the media;
  • defense purchases of lethal and non-lethal goods;
  • digitization of services of the Ministry of Defense, cyber protection, etc.

Currently, the platform is in test mode, you can leave your suggestions for changes and optimization of processes to the Ministry of Defense by link.
