NAKO executive director Olena Tregub met with high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands to discuss security assurances and help to Ukraine.
As known, the Netherlands has increased the number of F-16 aircraft it wants to provide to Ukraine to 24 units. For this, Olena expressed her gratitude and also thanked for the previously provided assistance to Ukraine.
In addition, the executive director of NAKO discussed with embassy representatives the progress of reform in the defense sector, particularly the launch of two procurement agencies, the fight against corruption, and the work of the anti-corruption council of the Ministry of Defense.
Olena also talked about the war with Russia on the international stage, namely the fight against disinformation, the supply of Western components for Russian weapons, the confiscation of Russian assets, and the strengthening of sanctions.
