The Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Defense Industry has decided instead to form business associations for 33 state defense enterprises. This decision was made within the framework of reforming the domestic defense-industrial complex.

"In February, five more strategic state-owned enterprises, which are part of the company, were transformed into economic companies. There are already 33 of them in total.", – the message says.
On March 21, 2023, the government began the transformation of the state concern "Ukroboronprom" into a joint-stock company"Ukrainian Defense Industry."Therefore, the transformation of state-owned enterprises into economic companies with the best global standards of corporate governance began.
