Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, The Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO) has conducted a number of systematic studies of key issues in the defense sector. Our experts analyzed 35 main measures of the State Anti-corruption Program for 2023-2025 in the defense sector and the inconsistency of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
We also found out which foreign components are used in Russian fighters and which are used in Russian weapons. We found foreign parts in the Iranian "Shakhed." Recently, we presented a study devoted to Western electronics in North Korean missiles.
The results of these studies attracted the attention of Ukrainian and foreign media, international institutions, the Verkhovna Rada, the Government of Ukraine, and the President. Our work directly affects the implementation of reforms in the security and defense sector and the sanctions policy of Ukraine and its partners.
