The Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO) joined the “Together Stronger 3.0” conference, held on 17–18 October in Kyiv. The event, organised by the Razom for Ukraine foundation, aims to support and strengthen civil society organizations (CSOs) in Ukraine. NAKO was represented by Tetiana Narchynska, Reporting and Donor Relations Manager, and Yuliia Begletsova, Senior Communications Manager.
"The forum highlighted a very important point for me: if our civil society organisations are to truly help people in the long term, we need to strengthen ourselves. Organisational development is not just boring paperwork; it is the foundation of our sustainability, transparency and effectiveness. It is an investment in our ability to transform the country for the better, rather than merely existing from grant to grant," said Tetiana Narchynska.
The programme included a variety of interactive formats for learning, exchange, and collaboration. Panel discussions focused on institutional support and capacity building for CSOs, while workshops covered topics such as cooperation with businesses, storytelling in NGO communications, and LinkedIn strategy development.
“It was incredibly valuable to meet representatives of dozens of civil society organizations in one place — to exchange ideas, explore ways to collaborate, and attend insightful sessions, like the one on growing your LinkedIn presence. Opportunities like this don’t come often, so I’m truly grateful to Razom for Ukraine,” shared Yuliia Begletsova.
