Oleksii Reznikov, Minister of Defense, informed about it during the discussion of the State Anti-Corruption Program implementation.
“We have formed a working group headed by the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko. It is still busy with the tasks. The outcomes of this work will be a basis for recommendation for our resource development,” the Minister informed.
“ProZorro does not offer all the functions we need. It is a technical issue. The experts have to run a special portal for us. Its working title is Military ProZorro. On our part, there will be no delays,” said Reznikov.
Please be reminded that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law on transparency of military procurement. On March 21, it was signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
Mr. Reznikov noted that his team was one of the law initiators. After a recent corruption scandal, the MoD published the purchase prices on its website.
